About Joe

 

Beginning in childhood, Joe Case has always had a deep appreciation for beauty and a drive to create it.  After years of artistic careers including floral design, furniture restoration and painting, and interior design and remodeling, he began his painting career in 2011. He has studied in both the classical and contemporary tradition with accomplished East Coast artists Maggie Siner, Tim Bell & Colin Page. Joe’s paintings reveal his passion for flowers, historical architecture, and the pastoral beauty of Virginia, where he grew up as well as Maryland’s Eastern shore, where he spent summers at his grandparents place in Rehoboth Beach.  He divides his time between his home in Washington DC and his country house outside of Frederick, Maryland.
